Getting Started

If you'd like to know what you have to do to enter a competition, then read on.

The first thing you need to do, is register for an account. During the registration process, we collect your real name, a nickname, your email address, a password and your real world address (we need this to send your prizes if you win anything, some of our sponsors may also need this when providing prizes).

When you've registered, the system will send you an email providing you with a record of your login details, and an activation link.

The email the system sends you during the registration process contains an activation link. To activate your account, simply click the link. If your mail client doesn't like it, copy and paste the link into your browsers address bar.

Once you've activated your account, login. You can do this here.

Before you can enter any of the competitions, you need to create a team. Simply goto the 'My Teams' page here, provide a name for your team in the edit box in the top table and click 'Create Team'.

A new team will be created and you will be listed as the team leader. If you want to add team mates, you can invite them to your newly formed team by selecting them in the drop down list and clicking 'Invite User'. If they accept, they'll become team members. If they don't, they disappear from the list of team members.

To find a competition, select 'Competitions' from the user menu.

You will be presented with the current list of competitions. To get more information about a competition, click the competition homepage icon (Using the default theme, this look like this (see competition homepage for more information).

Once you've found a competition you like the look of, enter it using the competition homepage. Simply select the team you wish to enter with from the drop down list and click 'Enter'.

Now you've entered a competition, break out the RedBull (other energy drinks are available ) and get busy working on your entry.

Submit your entries, before the required deadlines, let the judges score them and wait with baited breath for the final scores. If you win, the team leader will be asked by the system to distribute the prizes as they see fit between the team members. Once thats done, we'll arrange for your prizes to be sent to you as soon as is practically possible.
